Some Publishing Group brings an alternative approach to the publishing industry by using non-traditional methods such as digital publishing, on-demand printing and hand-made construction.
More than just a publishing house, Some Publishing Group is all about collaborations, working together with the artists and constantly looking for innovative ways to expose their work.

We enjoy being proactive, taking initiative and supporting non-profit organizations willing to make a difference through art, music or any other way of expression.

We are constantly looking for new opportunities to collaborate in creative projects.

If you are an artist, organization, brand, blog/website or individual interested in working with Some Publishing Group or if you have any press inquiries, feel free to contact us at: info@somepublishinggroup.com

Some Publishing Group projects include:

SOME Magazine
SOME is an international magazine devoted to fashion, art and design.  The magazine is published quarterly in digital format.  Released in 2010, SOME became a pioneer among the fashion and art publications in Puerto Rico, not only for its online format, but because it features carefully selected fashion editorials and influential work from contributors around the world, positioning itself on a different level, apart from the local glossies.
SOME is expected to inspire rather than dictate.

"A Number That Is One More Than Thirteen" Zine Project
This project is curated by Joshua Cabezas, visual artist and founder of Some Publishing Group.  Artists are invited to create a series of original work and are given total creative freedom during the process with the only condition being that everything has to be done in a period of two weeks.  The artwork created during that fourteen-day period will be published in the form of a fanzine with art direction by Joshua Cabezas.  The project proposes the fanzine format as an alternate way of exposing the artist's work (away from the galleries) and an accessible way of acquiring original artwork (without owning the actual piece).

"EDUCATE / PREVENT / DETECT / ERADICATE" Breast Cancer Awareness Poster Series
A project created in collaboration with The Keep A Breast Foundation.  Part of Some Publishing Group's Non-Profit Organization Benefit Initiative and Keep A Breast's DIY Action Program.  Some Publishing Group will have a series of "breast cancer awareness-inspired" posters designed by a number of artists.  For every poster sold, Some Publishing Group will donate $4 to The Keep A Breast Foundation.  The money raised goes to Keep A Breast's Educational Programs exposing young people to methods of prevention and support.

The Keep A Breast Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.  Their mission is to help eradicate breast cancer by exposing young people to methods of prevention, early detection and support.  Through art events, educational programs and fundraising efforts they seek to increase breast cancer awareness among young people so they are better equipped to make choices and develop habits that will benefit their long-term health and well-being.

AZAR Magazine
AZAR Magazine is an experimental art zine.  For every issue, there will be a randomly-selected word which the contributors will "define" with images.
AZAR represents the possibility of a particular outcome in an uncertain situation.

Nobody Knows Kate
Nobody Knows Kate is a journal about skateboarding and its unorthodox ways.
